This year’s festival will showcase more than 30 talented chalk and craft artists and our continued gratitude to co-founders Randy & Barbara Hinton. Sadly, Randy Hinton passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. His dedication to the festival and to Ventura County’s charities was truly remarkable. Inspired by Randy Hinton’s legacy and to ensure that the festival continues, Barbara and the
Ventura Rotary Club have committed to continue hosting this amazing festival.
